• PROJECT #1

    • 4 BEDS ALONG WESTLAND DRIVE STARTING FAR WEST ENTRANCE NUMBERED 1-4 MOVING EAST TO WEST
      • REMOVE EXISTING BLUE STAR JUNIPERS AND NANDINAS IN ALL 4 BEDS ALONG WITH MAGNOLIAS AND HINOKIS (ALL TALLER ITEMS IN BEDS WILL THEN BE REMOVED WITH ONLY 1 EMERALD GREEN ARBORVITAE GOING BACK IN WITH ANY HEIGHT.  THESE WILL BE LOCATED IN CORNERS OF BEDS.  THESE WILL NOT TAKE AWAY FROM ARCHITECTURE OF PILLARS OF WALL AND WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH LIGHTS)
    BED #1

    5  3 GAL KNOCKOUT ROSE

    3  3 GAL KALEIDOSCOPE ABELIA

    5  3 GAL PLUM YEW

    1  6’ EMERALD GREEN ARBORVITAE

    5  FLATS OF SEASONAL FLOWERS

    BED #3

    3  3 GAL KNOCKOUT ROSE

    3  3 GAL KALEIDOSCOPE ABELIA

    5  3 GAL PLUM YEW

    1  6’ EMERALD GREEN ARBORVITAE

    5  FLATS OF SEASONAL FLOWERS

    BED #2

PLANT LIST SAME AS BED #1

    BED #4

PLANT LIST SAME AS BED #3

    • INSTALLING SOD – BEDS #3 AND #4 WILL BE DOWNSIZED AND BEDS #1 AND #2 POSSIBLY SLIGHTLY DOWNSIZED
    • THE DIFFERENCE IN KNOCKOUT ROSE QUANTITIES IN BEDS ARE RELATED TO THE SHADE FACTOR COMING FROM THE BRADFORD PEARS IN BEDS #3 AND #4 VERSUS #1 AND #2.  ALSO THE SIDEWALK IN BED #3 IS VERY CLOSE TO THE END OF THE WALL AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM FOR A KNOCKOUT ROSE SO WE WILL PLANT ONLY 2 OFF OF THE CORNERS INSTEAD OF 1 ON EACH END LIKE IN BEDS #1 AND #2.
    • INSTALL OF IRRIGATION IN FRONT OF BEDS #3 AND #4.  THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED AND MOST OF WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED EXCEPT FOR FINAL PLACEMENT OF HEADS.  THIS IS BETTER DONE WHEN FINAL PLANT DESIGN AND PLACEMENT HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.

    TOTAL: $7300*

    *ADDITIONS & CHANGES

    • INSTALLATION OF 8 ADDITIONAL KNOCKOUT ROSES
    • INSTALL 5 ½ PALLETS OF SOD (ADDITIONAL 3 PALLETS) – DOWNSIZING OF THE BEDS WAS MUCH MORE DRAMATIC THAN INITIALLY MEASURED. THE HEDGEROW REMOVAL CREATED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE THAT ALSO REQUIRED ADDITIONAL SOD.

    TOTAL: $2130

    *ADDITIONAL IRRIGATION

    • INSTALL OF PIPING AND HEADS AT ROEFIELD (CLOSEST ENTRANCE TO PELLISSIPPI PARKWAY) –
      • THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LARGE AMOUNT OF GOOD SIZED ROCK THAT WAS HIDDEN IN DITCH LINE FOR IRRIGATION – PRICE CHANGE FROM $1300 TO $1500 (+200)
      • THE DOWNSIZING OF THE MULCH BEDS CREATED MORE IRRIGATION WORK WHICH ENTAILED MOVING HEADS FOR BEDS INTO NEW AREA AND MOVING SOD HEADS TO GRASS LINE. THIS REQUIRED7 MAN HOURS AND ADDITIONAL PARTS. (+540)
      • TROUBLESHOOTING POOL AREA AND REMOVED HEDGEROW AREA ON EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY (+275)
        • DUE TO BUILDING DAMAGE, ACTIVATED ZONES WITH REMOTE EQUIPMENT AND ASSESSING DAMAGE TO SYSTEM – 2 HOURS
        • REINSTALL OF CLOCK AFTER POWER TO BUILDING AND TESTING SYSTEM – 2.5HOURS
        • PURCHASE BATTERY OPERATED CLOCKS FOR TEMPORARY OPERATION, RETURN OF EQUIPMENT – 1 HOUR

    PROJECT #2 – HEDGEROW REMOVAL

    • REMOVAL OF COMPACTA HOLLY HEDGEROW ON FAR EAST OF PROPERTY (THE ONLY COMPACTA HOLLY HEDGEROW STILL EXISTING ON SITE)
      • FESCUE SOD WILL BE INSTALLED IN FRONT OF FENCE AND A SMALL STRIP BEHIND FENCE

    TOTAL: $2000

    GRAND TOTAL: $12445
